Instead, we show how to integrate the learning into daily work life. Our Strategic Leadership and Team Development approach breaks full-day training seminars into much shorter sessions that are more easily digestible and, in our experience, more enjoyable and effective. We would much rather engage our clients in meaningful learning rather than simply try to entertain. And after these seminars, we follow-up with our clients to ensure the learning was understood, implemented and is working for each client.
Through the use of frequent assessments, incremental changes and teaching the importance of clarity and focus, In Sync Consulting achieves stellar results with all our clients. We track their progress every 90 days, after which we give them progress updates to help them find out how far they are from where they would like to be. We then ask them to grade themselves, a mark that becomes their first benchmark. With each assessment we reevaluate their goals and then implement changes into their processes that enable them to adapt to and achieve those new goals.
